No attorney-client relationship formed
Contacting our firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only formed by entering into a contract (called a Retainer Agreement or Fee Agreement), and an initial case evaluation or other communication with our firm does not constitute such a contract.

Free case evaluation
You will not be charged any fees or costs for our evaluation of your case.

Contingent fee
We only collect attorneys' fees, court costs, and litigation expenses from the recovery we ultimately obtain on your behalf should our firm represent you and achieve a favorable result in your case (i.e., on a contingency basis). The attorneys' fees are calculated as a percentage of the gross amount recovered in your case prior to the deduction of costs and expenses. If your case is not successful, however, you will not be required to pay or reimburse any fees, costs, or expenses of any kind.
